An Evolution That Shines Bright 

Tony's voyage with About Space spans almost 5 years – a journey of growth, learning, and transformation. Starting as a Lighting Showroom Consultant in St Kilda, he swiftly ascended the ladder to become the Assistant Manager, a newly created position that underlines his exceptional leadership skills. This position came to be as a result of Tony’s participation in the LIT program. Allowing him to build his leadership skills, Tony utilised the program as a platform to show our team what he's really made of. Fast forward to the present day and as a Showroom Manager, Tony is charting new territories, igniting inspiration, and leading his team with an effervescent spirit. 

Transitioning from the cutthroat world of real estate sales to the collaborative realm of About Space wasn't without its challenges for Tony. Tony learned to embrace team centric decision making, adapting and blooming into a true team player.
